* If you wish to purchase for different dates, you will need to perform multiple transactions for each different day.

* Please purchase the ticket minimum 24 Hours in advance before entering the park.

General Terms & Conditions: 1) Please purchase your ticket minimum One (1) day before entering the attraction 2) Ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchased. 3) Ticket is valid for mykad & non-mykad 4) Kindly check with park on latest operation time before redemption. 5) Please perform multiple transaction if you wish to have multiple entry. 6) Senior Citizens are individuals aged 60 and above at time of entry 7) Children are individuals from 90cm – 130cm 8) Adult are individuals from 130 cm & above 9) Children below 90cm enter for free 10) No exchange, refund, replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstances. 11) Ticket purchased is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and is valid for one (1) time use only. 12) Unauthorized duplication and/or resale of The Ticket will result in denial of entry. 13) The Management reserves the right to substitute, amend or terminate any offers or promotions at any time without prior notice. Annual Pass Terms & conditions • Annual Pass card is valid 1 year from the activation date. • Can be used during Public Holidays & School Holidays. Not valid for special event tickets. • Annual Pass card must be presented and show original IC (My-kad / My-kid) or Passport for verification purposes during entry. No entry will be allowed if the physical card & IC is not produced for admission. • FREE admission applies to children below 90cm in height. • Annual Pass is STRICTLY non-transferable and non-refundable in any part or whole. It can only be used by the registered holder. • Annual Passport is NOT applicable for a travel agent and tour services. Only for personal use. • Lost card(s) will be charged a fee of RM 100.00 per card. • Park operation time are subject to be changed without prior notice. • The management reserves the right to close park due to special event and cancel any events and activities without prior notice. • The Annual Passport will be void if violated the terms and conditions. • Rides and attractions are subject to availability, specified height limitation and health conditions. • Annual Pass member are deemed to be bounded by the Terms & Conditions, Park Rules and any future amendments. • Kindly email to annualpass@owg.com.my once you purchase your annual pass.
